Over the last weeks I’ve had the privilege to supervise an organization constellation about the financial crisis for financial service providers. Here we could observe how everything got totally deadlocked because of  ever increasing supervision and the accompanying internal focus.

The solution was to return to core values in the shape of the person who founded the cooperative Raiffeisen Bank. We have applied him as the mythical embodiment of real social responsibility. He therefore became the catalyst for triggering the connection between the customer and his or her ambitions so the financial crisis could defrost.

This renewed external focus on the customer and helping him or her realize their ambitions gave the whole organization renewed peace and decisiveness even though the supervisors had to remain.
